I created a custom user control for the header of my website, and I want this control to be loaded when my other controls on the page finished loading. Just wondering how I can do this?

Any help please.

What exactly are you trying to achieve ?

The order that controls are loaded is determined by the layout of your skin firstly
... and then for the most part by the order that controls are loaded onto each code pane.

If you are trying to change something on your control based on what happens on the other controls -
you may best to add your code to the PRE-RENDER event of your control.

This even fires AFTER the INIT and LOAD events - which is where most of the code work in modules are performed.
