From what I understand GoDaddy actually has the DNN Group host DNN. I need help ASAP with a child portal that was just opened up to our suppliers. It won't hit the child portal. Please help!!!

I suggest sending in a ticket to your host. We can try to help but can you provide more details about what is going on? Is the site not loading on the web? Can you access the site via host panel / admin?

Sorry I am only slightly aware of how godaddy does their DNN host option. More information would be helpful for us.

According to GoDaddy tech support, DNN actually hosts it for GoDaddy. GoDaddy points to DNN. Which doen't make sense because I see all the files when I FTP into the site. They said I need to get with the folks at DNN to help me. I can get into the main portal but the child portal gives me the error below which is on no real use. I can't turn on the errors because i don't have permission.

Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine.

Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please create a <customErrors> tag within a "web.config" configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. This <customErrors> tag should then have its "mode" attribute set to "Off".

<!-- Web.Config Configuration File -->

<configuration>
    <system.web>
        <customErrors mode="Off"/>
    </system.web>
</configuration>

Notes: The current error page you are seeing can be replaced by a custom error page by modifying the "defaultRedirect" attribute of the application's <customErrors> configuration tag to point to a custom error page URL.

<!-- Web.Config Configuration File -->

<configuration>
    <system.web>
        <customErrors mode="RemoteOnly" defaultRedirect="mycustompage.htm"/>
    </system.web>
</configuration>

Ok, I have figured out it is something with the HTML module. So, I went to reinstall the module which is the latest release and got the error below. I updated this module Monday of last week and used it thereafter so I'm not sure what has happened. Any clues?
