Hello,

I am using DNN 4.6.2 and have noticed that images disappear from time to time. Can anyone shed some light on this issue?

Thanks,

NGP

Disappear?  As in the file vanishes?  Or the image just can't be seen?

Does the web browser show you a broken image link or is it perpetually loading content?

Make sure the folder has full permissions from IIS, as sometimes permisions will get messed up when not uploaded through the file manager etc through FTP. If updating the permissions doesnt work, verify the path is correct and that DNN is looking in the right directory/place for them.

There are times where tjhe images no longer exist in the portal directory and sometimes the images are in the directory but DNN cannot find the images. In either case the missing image is displayed. Ther permissions are set correctly.
