Hi

I'am sorry for the confusing a made.
I read the manual and cannot find an answer on this question.
Here my question in other words again

I login my site as Host
In the Forum->admin->manage forum groups->edit forum, I set the properties of a form to "public moderated"
When I hover with the mouse cursor over the forum icon, the message "public moderated" appears, the forum icon is dark grey.
Then I log out. of the site.
Now, when I hover with the mouse over the forum icon, the message "public moderated with new post" appears, the forum icon is light grey.
When I login as admin, one forum is "public moderated", the other forum is "public moderated with new post".

Is this the correct behavior?

Ton, there is no behavior with "public moderated with new post"  if you like have that all users can post you have to use the "public moderated".

The "public moderated with post restriction" meant that you have to set the role i the Forum Manager who can post.  This is was it is descript in the user manaual.
