This requires even more work if there is any detail involved. I personally view the huge amount of time I've spent testing and assessing modules as a significant part of my value offer.

Detail the exact requirements first... all the way from what it should look like to how the content manager should use it to how the content will be published and consumed. Ask for suggestions in the forum, do a lot of research on Snowcovered, read the reviews, check developer feedback, always look out for developer sites and look for lots of activity and pleasant responses in their own forums. You might not end up purchasing at Snowcovered, but you can make good use of their catalogue to browse listings by release date and use the questions form to contact the developers for comment.

I suggest putting some thought into the requirements, then browse SC for some candidates and then request an opinion in here.. always being clear about requirements... too many requests simply ask which is the best...xxxx module... and that can't be answered without knowing the rest (but you'll still get a lot of answers).
