Okay, I am feeling quite on the slow side today.  I have not logged into this portal for some time and I have forgotten botht he Host username and password.  I have the admin user name and PW  but I need the hosts.  I have read how to change a user to Super User status if you can get into the database.  When I installed DNN it was on a server in house,  running Server 2003, IIS 6, SQL Express 2005.  I did the web install, and setup nothing manually.  I thought when I logged into the SQL Express manager I would see my DNN database in there, but thats not the case.

How on earth do I access the DB, I see it located in App_Data but how to open this up in the sql studio!???  Someone please help me out here!

You need to open up Studio Management Express and go to databases>right click and choose attach to database.  Then browse to the app data folder and attach the db from there.  When done working with the db, make sure your detach it or you will not be able to access your site.
