Nestor,

I am interested in working with your group on the delivery of the Gallery Module.  I can be useful in debugging, documentation as well as new development.

I am currently retired   and offer the following credentials for your consideration:

  • Developer, technical project lead or system (software) architect since 1970
  • Serious development in image processing in C/C++, as well as C# lately.
  • More familiar with C# than VB.NET, but both are similar and have no problems working with either
  • Serious database experience  ( TSQL as well as direct access and CLI) in large databases, e.g., enterprise level in both SQL Server (2000, 2005) and Oracle
  • Proficient in technical writing- specifications and user's manuals - QA requirements
  • Web projects since 1998 - ASP, ASP.NET
  • Have kept my programming skills current with VS2008, TDD, AJAX and WPF by working with various charities and on a collaborative web site for stamp collectors, due for release later this year.
  • Proficient in full development cycle technologies

I am willing to work in any area in which you feel that I can make a contribution.

I can be reached at hans16 at cox.net.

Regards,

Hans Zassenhaus

Regards
Hans

Hello

Looking over your volunteers you still don't have someone with image manipulation. If you want I'd be willing to throw my hat in the ring. Image manipulation can cover a lot of ground so I'd probably need to know what you are looking for but I've been creating/ working with digital imagery mainly in a user interface role, since the mid 90's. I have qa and technical writing experience as well. My programming experience is pretty light though. I've been working with DNN for almost a year now.

Let me know if I can help! mcemond at yahoo
