Accepted Answer 

Once the release is officially approved (we hope it will), I will make an announcement here and on www.DNNEvents.net.I will also e-mail all users who have registered themselves at www.DNNEvents.net about that "Event". So if you are not registered there already, please do, it's free.

We (projectteam and users) are all wating for the good news, it's a matter of time (& avaialable resources of the DNN test team).

Hello,

    Just reporting back that I downloaded/installed the new Events Module (4.0.1) and this appears to fix the problem I was seeing with the What's New Module.
