Hello,

I'm developping an existing site (http://www.guido.be) to a dotnetnuke site (http://212.123.6.126/dotnetnuke).

Human Friendly URLs work when you select a tab in the topnavigation (ex: http://212.123.6.126/dotnetnuke/Magazine/Lifestyle.aspx).
But when I click the "Meer lezen ..." link (Read More for the english speaking community) i get following url:  (http://212.123.6.126/dotnetnuke/Magazine/ArticleDetail/tabid/69/ArticleId/4637/Default.aspx).

But I want the url to be: http://212.123.6.126/dotnetnuke/Magazine/Lifestyle/"Article-Title".aspx.
Is this possible or do i want to much?

Can someone clear this out?

Hey ThunderHorn,

I noticed that your "read more" link is working properly now -- what was the resolution that you came to ? What human friendly URL provider are you using?

Thanks & Take care,

Ian

It's not working like i would want it to.
Now i have: http://212.123.6.126/dotnetnuke/Magazine/ArticleDetail/tabid/69/ArticleId/1683/Kunstbende-gezocht.aspx
But i would like to have: http://212.123.6.126/dotnetnuke/Magazine/DrJos/Kunstbende-gezocht.aspx

I use the standard FriendlyUrl provider that came with DotNetNuke.

The friendly url you have now is as far as DNN will go at the moment. You will have to use a third party url rewriter to get the url like you specified. There is a very usefull free url rewriter on www.ifinity.com.au/Products/Friendly_Url_Provider_For_DNN/  This will create the url you specified. If your site is multilingual you will have to use their commercial module as the free provider has some issues with multilingual websites.
