Howdy,

Getting the following Error when I go to the Skins admin section.

Error: Skins is currently unavailable.
DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. ---> System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at DotNetNuke.UI.Skins.SkinDefaults..ctor(SkinDefaultType DefaultType) at DotNetNuke.Common.Globals.get_DefaultSkin() at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.Skins.EditSkins.isFallbackSkin(String skinPath) at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.Skins.EditSkins.ProcessSkins(String strFolderPath) at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.Skins.EditSkins.ShowSkins() at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.Skins.EditSkins.LoadSkins() at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.Skins.EditSkins.Page_Load(Object sender, EventArgs e) --- End of inner exception stack trace ---

I'm able to upload a skin and container no problems but will not display the skin page. Is this a database goof up of some kind?

If i remember correctly, this is something about DotNetNuke.Config file under root path of your website.

Check that file for following entry and make sure it exists.

<skinningdefaults>
    <skininfo folder="/DNN-Blue/" default="Horizontal Menu - Fixed Width.ascx" admindefault="Horizontal Menu - Fixed Width.ascx" />
    <containerinfo folder="/DNN-Blue/" default="Image Header - Color Background.ascx" admindefault="Image Header - Color Background.ascx" />
  </skinningdefaults>
