Hi,

I try to start the stats for my site but I get:

Your Hosting Provider Has Disabled the Site Log History Feature For Your Portal.

What should I do?

go to host/settings  down the page you'll see advanced.. then you will see the enable site log checkbox.

Check under admin/settings/host that the options are there as well.

You need to be logged in as host to action this.

I'm having the same issue. I have the "Site Log Storage" set to database, the "Site Log Buffer" set to 1, and the "Site Log History" set to 60 and I still get this "Your Hosting Provider Has Disabled the Site Log History Feature For Your Portal." when I go to admin site settings. I've had the settings for some time now and there are no entries in the "SiteLog" table either.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry, I found it. I didn't see the setting in the admin settings section.
