I had everything working perfectly.  I migrated the installation to another server now I am having issues restarting the application from the host menu, uploading files via the file explorer and when I attempt to I receive this message:

"You Do Not Have Sufficient Permission To Write To Folder . Please Contact Your Hosting Provider To Ensure The Appropriate Security Settings Have Been Enabled On The Server."

The network service account has full permissions on the root of the installation and all child folders, any help is appreciated?

Thanks.

Derek
