Hi,

I'm extremely new to this site. I let my trial demo time expire on installing a portal. Do I need to use that feature again to start building a new site?

Any comments should be helpful. Thank you!

There is no trial time on installing a portal in the software. Is it perhaps your hosting provider that you should be talking to?

If you are talkinmg about demo.dotnetnuke.com, then yes your portal has expired and is gone... that site is only for tryring stuff, not for building a real site.

If you are talking about something else, then please let us know the situation more exactly

JK

Thanks for responding, Mike. I used Dnn's demo that allows one to practice using their software to build a site. It only lasts for 2 days and then you must register it to save what you've done. I guess my real prob is I can't seem to log on as an administrator. I keep getting returned to their home page.

Hey JK, That's what I'm talking about. I figured it expired. I should be able to log in as an administrator still, right?
