OK, here is my problem:

I downloaded everything I needed to install the php bb3 forums, and I uploaded everything to my dnn site.

But how do I get them working so that myself and others can actually use the forums? Can you please give me some instructions, or point me to a thread which explains how to do this, thanks

You only can integrate a standalone forum in an iFrame, but I suggest to look at the available DNN Forums modules like core Forums and ActiveForums module.

Thanks

Yeah, but I am looking to be able to change name colours and my idea of a moderator, isn't someone who aproves the post, my idea of a moderastor is someone who can edit/delete posts once they've been posted.

Is there a way I will be able to configure my php forums, so that users don't have to sign up again? or do they have to sign up again to be able to use the forums in the iframe?

Ok, well i've found out about SMF forums, and i'm thinking of using those. But will it make it any easier for me to install?
