Is it posible to modify the User Defined table to be user specific.
So users can only view and edit the records they add? I still want it so only admins can define the tables.

If so does anyone have any good suggestion for modifying it?

Thanks

Jason,

the next version of UDT will have additional permissions, but we currently did not plan for individual viewing, only for individual editing/deletion option.

I would love this functionality.  To be able to set a UDT so that the user only saw the rows that they added, and allow for another role to view all rows.

ManageUDT->Display Settings (for current page)->Rendering Method Predefined XSLTransformation, choose OnlyOwnItems.XSL.

You will enable Edit Only Own Items for additional security. Afterwards the user sees only the rows he added, every admistrator will see all rows. If you want to set individual roles you will need to change the xsl by yourself.

Thanks for the assistance.  However when I select Predefined XSLTransformation the only options I have in the dropdown are BasicTable.xsl and CardView.xsl.  I do not see the OnlyOwnItems.xsl that you mentioned.  Is it available for download somewhere?  If so, how do I install it?

I'm using DNN 4.3.5 and version 03.03.03 of the UDT.
