I've had a DNN intranet site up for a few months now, and I was messing around with the folder structure the other day trying to get the source version to work. I'm not sure what I did, but now everytime I load the site after a certain amount of time has passed, it goes to the new installation page. Now if I re-enter the url, it goes to my site, and everything's fine. Its only after I wait for a few hours, or when I come in the next day. Does anyone know how to fix this? I haven't gone live with this yet, but it's not going to work if users are getting the install page when they try to use the site. Thanks.

The first thing I would have you do is to synchronize your file system with a fresh copy of the installation using a tool like WinMerge.  That will let you know if you have everything in the right place.

The other comment I have is this...  Do not run your live site using the source version of the site.  Use the Install version.
