I am having some pretty significant issues that I can't seem to resolve. For some reason my site won't read CSS files and shows javascript errors. Here are the javascript errors that I have gotten:

I googled around and found some things about the dnn is undefined error. I made sure the permissions were correct for the dnn.js file, and that it existed. The site was working fine for quite some time so I thought maybe there was a caching issue because I installed a module that I made, although it worked fine another module acted up after I installed my module. This has been a long process of me trying to figure out what was wrong as it progressively got worse and is now in the state it stands. My point with the caching was that caching is set to heavy, so I thought if I set it to none it would help, instead it becomes totally unresponsive and takes about 5 minutes to load (literally). If someone could tell me what I am doing wrong and how to fix this I would be very grateful.
