I'm having an elusive issue with logins on my site. The user will attempt to login, and get a login failed issue. As the Admin, however, I can see that the user successfully is logged in about 10 seconds after the login failure. The Login Failure in the event viewer just gives me an IP address and a Server name, the succes moments later has identical information. The issue on the user's screen shows up sometimes as 'you are not authorised to view this tab' or 'you are not authorized to view this portal' or a 404 error.  I don't have any exact errors because I have not hardly been able to reproduce it.
