Just successfully  installed DNN 4.8.4 (Vista, IIS 7, SQL Server Express 2005,  VWD 2008)

Plan to use DNN as the new platform for my production website.

As I cannot afford to run the production site on the full version of SQL Server, can  a developer or someone please confirm that DNN 5 will (or should) work with SQL Server Express  2008?

thanks

No need to worry about that... MSSQL Express will work fine.

You might worry about creating two threads with the same question, though! ;)

Thanks for the reassurance.

Apologies for the double thread, must have been the excitement....
