home.ascx questions

In my home.ascx file I have as a link to my sites terms:

http://xx.xxx.xx.xxx/Terms.aspx

This file does not exist. Is this a problem for SEO or anything? The link works and sends me to a page on my site.

Also, I have these at the top. I assume I should keep the first 3 for my logo and logging in to the admin part, but do I need the last 3?

if a link works for all users, even crawlers will be able to follow.

Regarding the controls inclued in your skin, those statements get processed server side and not sent to the client. If you want to have a look, wha'ts being sent to the client, call the page in your browser and click "view source".
