Ran into the same problem today, found the Page_Load event had "MyBase.Load, me.Load" in the handles clause, not sure how that happened. Remove the me.load event fixed it.

Hi Burl,

I saw another thread where someone had the same problem -- thanks for adding this solution to the thread for anyone who visits in the future!

As I recall, one of the DNN module templates out there contains source with "handles MyBase.Load," but apparently VS adds "Me.Load" when the control is double-clicked in designer mode, even if the MyBase handler is already present.  An unhelpful.quasi-bug.

This was driving me nuts! Thanks -- I removed the me.load and life is good again!

Yes! incredibly it work!!!!!!!! change Handles MyBase.Load, Me.Load to Handles MyBase.Load wow thanks a lot!!!!!! Rmartin
