 Hello,

        I am facing the problem with module interaction in dotnetnuke.can any one tell me how to interacte modules which is  on differente pages.

Such as we have two pages and modules  one is search and another is searchresult page ,so if some one click on search button then it shows the result on the searchresult  module with search page condition and show the resullt in grid with link in that and if some one click on tha its goes to the detail page which again on different page.

for example you can go through site  http://mydiscovercareer.com

here you can find a search module and when u search it goes to next page with result with links in gridview (maybe.)and againif click on that link it goes to next page there u can see different buttons.i want same type of module interaction in dotnetnuke.

You can use Globals.NavigateUrl() method. Pass your tabId as first parameter in that method.

But first get your tabId based on tabname by using TabController class. If your page name is "About" then you can use this code like below (feel free to modify) :

TabController tc = new TabController();
TabInfo anothertab = tc.GetTabByName("About", PortalSettings.PortalId);

Globals.NavigateUrl(anothertab.TabId, "", "mid=" + this.ModuleId.ToString(), "other querystring params");

HTH.
