Here is why I need the menu NOT to appear on certain pages...

I want to open up a new window for my chat module (so that visitors can chat and browse my website at the same time by having 2 windows- one window for the chat module and one window for the rest of my website.)

My problem is- when I open up a new window for my chat page, that page includes the "menu" as well as my "company logo".   I do NOT want that.  Instead I want to open a new window with a page that shows only the chat module (without the menu and logo that is always attached to every page I create).

Can someone help?

The way I see making that work would be to create a modified versions of you skin that has the [LOGO] and [MENU] tags removed. Then apply that skin to your chat page (under Page Settings in the Control Panel).

Thanks Mike.  I kinda thought along the same line too... but it is nice to have someone confirm that it would work.  (I never created my own skin before.)
