Hi,
I have a DNN site (4.8.4 or whatever the latest one is).

The site was set up using KMM-VIN.com as the domain, and now it is required to work with KMM-VIN.EU

When a registered user logs in to the .com site, all is well, when they log in to the .eu site the members area pages of the site are not visible (set to be only visible to registered users.

Can anyone talk me through how to get this so both domain names work properly, as I may have missed something in the configuration, or the alias's or something.

thanks in advance

Does KMM-VIN.com and KMM-VIN.eu is different portal ? Or just renaming KMM-VIN.com to KMM-VIN.eu ?

If both are different portals, then you can't share users between them (unless you buy third party modules for sharing users). The core functionality do not allowed such things like that. You have to but third party module.

If KMM-VIN.com is just in development machine only, then you just rename a record PortalAlias table to KMM-VIN.eu. Then everything will ok. Or when you create KMM-VIN.com, then add another portalalias with name KMM-VIN.eu.

There is only one site. KMM-VIN.COm works, but KMM-VIN.EU doesn't

There is a 'members area' on the site, only available to registered users. Users who came to the site via KMM-VIN.Com can see this area when they log in, but users who come to the site via KMM-VIN.EU cannot see teh members area when they log in.

I'm sure DNN must be able to cope with multiple domain names for a single site, I just must be missing something obvious.
