I used to have my own webpage which would function as my Favourite links.

I would like to do the samething in the DNN framework, is this possible and can you make any suggestions on how to do this?

Also, is there a way I can create my own aspx pages to run?  I have C# logic behind that page as well I would like to run too.  Thanks.

You can always run an outside page/app alongside DNN, you don't have to use DNN for everything.  Otherwise, try an Iframe, or create your own module.

Any suggestions on how to do this?  I'm running mutliple webpages on my IIS box, I have customized host header information in the IIS setup.  I'm just a bit confused as to how to setup another page to run?

I think I just have to setup another virtual site in IIS, but my problem then in how to reference that page from with in the DNN page cause of the host header information.

Thanks.

  1. Create a new page on your DotNetNuke site
  2. Add a Text/HTML module
  3. Cut and paste your old page into the Text/HTML module (but only add the operative HTML, not the headers and footers like head, body and other tags)
