About every day or so (I can't see a definite pattern) the Event Log in Event Viewer has autonayically cleared it self. It will accumulate a few pages and then clear itself so I am back at page 1 of 1. I am unaware of any setting that controls this behavior. Am I missing something? Can anyone shed any light on what's going on?

I have sisabled the DotNetNuke.Services.Log.EventLog.PurgeLogBuffer schedule and it has had no effect. Is there another scheduler that I should change?

I would check with your hosting provider - i know of one or two who run automated jobs to truncate users eventlogs automatically
