For the purposes of SEO, I'm trying to flatten my URL structure so that pages don't appear excessively deep in my website.  I noticed in Host Settings that the Friendly URL Settings box is already checked.  Nevertheless, pages just "one level" below my homepage are yielding URL's like: www.zynxhealth.com/MainNav/YourProfession/tabid/58/Default.aspx.  As a matter of best practice, I would think this particular URL could be cleaned up so that it was just www.zynxhealth.com/YourProfession/ or www.zynxhealth.com/YourProfession/Default.aspx.  Any ideas on how to get search friendly url's?  Can I do this by just ammending the rules below?!?

BTW, the current rules already in place under Search Friendly URL's are:

Replace With
.*DesktopDefault.aspx(.*) ~/Default.aspx$1
.*EditModule.aspx(.*) ~/Default.aspx$1
.*/TabId/(\d+)(.*)/Logoff.aspx ~/Admin/Security/Logoff.aspx?tabid=$1
.*/TabId/(\d+)(.*)/rss.aspx ~/rss.aspx?TabId=$1
[^?]*/TabId/(\d+)(.*) ~/Default.aspx?TabId=$1
