As the subject  line says - no password is included in the welcome email for the new portal admins or new users.  We are using DNN 4.8.3, the only thing not  "out the box"  about the installation, is that we are using the English UK locale and have disabled English US. 

I may well be missing something simple - but can anyone advise?

Same problem here...the token for password appears to be correct in the Languages config area, but the field is absent in the confirmation email.  Please help.

Oliver,

did you simply add en-GB language from dropdown or did you install a dedicated language pack, which might contain customized texts? have a look into the language editor, in the default file, there are several keys "Email_..." which contains the templates used.
