When I do a test email message with the feedback module - it doesn't work.  Meaning...I don't see the feedback come through to my mailbox.  Am I missing something?

thanks,

Lisa

Ensure the email settings for the site have been configured on the Host > Host Settings page under Advanced Settings - SMTP Server Settings.

Another thing to check is on the Feedback Settings page ensure you have entered your email address as the recipient of feedback - or leave this field blank and ensure you are the primary site Administrator on the Admin > SIte Settings page.
