Hi,

I've got a DNN 3.2 with a number of different portals. Any user for any of the portals needs to register and each user needs to have their account authorised before they can log in. Upon authorisation an email is sent to the user. This all works fine however on one portal I want to change it so that each user needs to be authorised but an email is not sent to the user informing them of this. Is this possible and if so where do I find the options?

Thanks in advanced

Simon

Hi,

After looking around the various options in DNN and the code it doesnt look like it is possible to do what I'm after. So I've decided to edit the code as its a relatively small mod. Therefore I've changed the ManagedUsers.ascx page in the admin folder and I can recompile the site however this code is not being triggered when I'm debugging my project. Do I need to update any DLL's before these changes can take effect as none of the admin code is being triggered?

Thanks

Simon
