I installed DNN to a subfolder on my hosting server, and when i assign a domain to it all the CSS and images do not work. It appears that the DNN is using a server variable that pulls a relative path from my hosting root regardless of where my domain is pointing. Is there a variable i can switch out to make this work properly? I usually have this problem when using SCRIPT_NAME instead of HTTP_X_REWRITE_URL to pull path info. I checked config files and .net files for anything like this but came up empty handed. any help is appreciated.

Where you install DNN is the DNN application root, but the web site root is still wherever the IIS web site points to, in your case, the host root.  All paths are relative to that.  The only solution is to install DNN to the web site root.
