Hello,

I finally found what causes this problem, it is when users spend long time writing their posts the server logs them out and when they click Submit Bingo! the problem occurs.

I need a permanent solution please for this problem.

Thank you

The fix for this known issue should be included in the next Forum 04.04.05 version.  When it will released I have no idea at time.

The absolute simplest workaround is not to let your user's security cookie to time out.

None of my sites house anything very secret so I let the security cookie last forever.  Adjust the web.config like this.

    <authentication mode="forms">
      <forms name=".DOTNETNUKE" protection="All" timeout="14400" cookieless="UseCookies" />
    </authentication>

Best wishes,

The real problem here is the module and caching. What is happening is the cache is full and there is no more space for the forum to add its own items to cache. However, the forum code thinks that the items were successfully added to cache so the error occurs. I have fixed how this is handled in forum 4.5, however this is not released yet. In the meantime, you can typically change caching to disk and make sure you have disk space so cache can increase in size.
