I can't seem to get the "Sort" function to work correctly on the documents module. Is there some trick to it? Something I'm missing.

I would like to get it to default sort by "sort index" but have had no luck. I also tried getting it to default sort by title in descending order, but again no luck.

Glenn,

This is a known issue, I hope to get a new version of the module into the release process yet this week!

Mitch, Glenn,

I posted a "hack" yesterday in another thread of this forum, and now after a day and a lot of users looking for documents in our intranet portal, I'm quite sure this is working... I have not heard any complaints.

See http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Community/Forums/tabid/795/forumid/18/threadid/219936/scope/posts/threadpage/2/Default.aspx, and use it...

Michael,

Thank you for your submission, the module was also just submitted to the release tracker as well.  So hopefully it will progress quickly.

Thanks Mitch,

Do you have any idea when this will show up on the download page? Or could I possibly get a copy directly from you?

Thanks,

Glenn
