Elie,

You really don't need specifique home page for each user. Since you need to have module(s) to each page anyway, you just add multiple modules to a single "homepage" and set each module (as each homepage) under different access group or user. Done!  of course, If you have many users or groups, it would be messy.

Hi Elie,

I think your solution may be using the following module which can be found on Snowcovered.

I've used this module before on some portals with success to redirect the user based on role.

Onyak-Tech also has something out there for automatically building sites/pages for users - havent' tried it but it looks interesting.
