should i download the 01.00.04 beta install or the 01.00.04 beta source... ok after downloading the correct zip file, how do i upload the new dowloaded zip into the site..can u please guide me...

The documentation for the provider can be found on this page (http://www.dotnetnuke.com/Products/Development/Forge/ProviderAuthentication/Downloads/tabid/852/Default.aspx). Use the .03 version as it's pretty much the same as for the .04 version.

Unless you want to work with the actual source code you only need the install version.

As for pulling information from two active directories. Do you mean they are two totally different domains? Is there a trust relationship setup between the domains? I don't have a multi-domain setup that I can test against so I'm not sure how much help I'll be able to give you.
