Hi,

I have a DotNetNuke installation on one web host provider.  I want to copy the entire thing (portals, files, database settings, modules, etc.) to another host.

The other host already has a base installation of DotNetNuke on it.  I just want ot transfer over a copy.

Is there any easy way to do this.

Also, does anyone know where I can find free instructions on using the file manager / file sychronization tool.

Backing up the database and copying the files should do the job I did it a lot of times, but if you're going to change the domain name as well you need to add the new alias to the PortalAlias table.
