On the Interface page, the Rich Text editor was not parsing the description of my primary data point correctly.  I changed to the Basic editor, fixed the HTML code (the line break tag was missing) and all was well.

No more "loading" on the bottom of the module.

Thanks for posting your help. I had the same problem.

The JetKey module is now SmartMap - smartmap.jetkey.com. I was emailing back and forth with JetKey about upgrading and migrating data from my JetKey installation.  Not sure what I will do yet.

Hi Dave,

When last did you get email from them? I emailed them about 2 weeks ago and have had no reply. They are not responding to my Comparison question either and their website is "Under Construction" - no sign of the product anymore.

I have the core map working well for my local poker games map but there are some serious bugs and absolutely no support.

I've deleted and added several map modules for hours, and found that when I 'RESET' the default data point (the map center) then I would loose the working map, and get the 'LOADING...' problem. When I messed with that data point, and have a second datapoint available, then I got it working again.

I agree that this is a bothersome module only in that the quirks are weird. BUT, the usefullness is very high, so it stays in my portals.

Hope the tip helps someone.
