Well I have a pretty tricky 4.0.2 install here.  DDN is installed on a server that hosts other websites.  I created a new web site and virtual directory.  It can only be accessed via the host headed that I assigned it i.e localhost will not work because of the other site.

SQL authentication is used.  I found the install instruction a little confussing in that it doesn't say to manually create the SQL DB before the install.  However I couldn't get it to work unless I did.

I have edited web.config and everything seems to work fine.  However all modules fail with the following:

Error: Edit Text/HTML is currently unavailable.
DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: Value cannot be null. Parameter name: connectionString ---> System.ArgumentNullException: Value cannot be null. Parameter name: connectionString at Microsoft.ApplicationBlocks.Data.SqlHelper.ExecuteReader(String connectionString, String spName, Object[] parameterValues) at DotNetNuke.Modules.Html.SqlDataProvider.GetHtmlText(Int32 moduleId) at DotNetNuke.Modules.Html.HtmlTextController.GetHtmlText(Int32 moduleId) at DotNetNuke.Modules.Html.EditHtml.Page_Load(Object sender, EventArgs e) --- End of inner exception stack trace ---

I suspect there is some parameter that I need to edit due to my unique setup.  Alas I am unable to find it (I bet it is right under my nose)

Any ideas?

Fixed it, as I thought it was a simple error with my connectionstrings.  It does help to print the web.config out and look at it off screen if you have a problem.   If you are like me too much text makes one go cross eyed on screen.
