ASHCA, Matthias pointed you to a download page which contains a very detailed user manual. I think that was a very friendly thing to do.

Looks like you missunderstanding the says.  Generally Dotnetnuke is a open source framework and it is a user friendly framework in use.  Sure we try to be user friendly on support too, but think all members are voluntery on the projects.  They have all a commercial work too.

To how the supports work on this forum is, you ask your question to a Project and would get the answer from the community fast as it is possible.  Not at all all Members or community users have knowledge to all your question.  So sometimes it needs some time between you will get an answer.  Some of users are in different countrys with other time zones, and they check thier forums for you late in the night.  This Forums are structured to the DotNetNuke Core as Generall Forums and to the own projects to specified and have a better manage to the questions of the community.

On your 4 other questions you have, it looks to all that the problem is related to a 3rd parity skin issue or with your installation and permissions settings on physical folders and the IIS.  Also please note, that we can not support 3rd parity Skins and Modules, please ask then the vendor i the skin or module.

If you want to have a professional support you can contact the DotNetNuke Corporation.

I hope you have now a little idea how the support works on this page.

ASHCA - I think you might need to improve the quality of your question.

Matthias pointed you to a link for the forum documentation.  If that's not what you need then you need to target your question better.  This resource [1] might help you frame your question in a way that will get you a useful answer.
