I need a way to display the subcategories in the Dashboard. For example:

  • Aprons Factory (0)
  • Belts Factory (0)

I would also like to have a Submit Company link within the repository template, which would force the user to brwose to the category they wish to submit to, then click the link. This would then automatically select the category or subcategory for them instead of listing all categories on the submission page. Is any of this possible and can you explain how please?

Surely showing the subcategories on the pages is not impossible?

there is no way to accomplish the layout you want with the current version 3.01.15. The best you could do is use the multicolumn layout which displays the top level categories, then on the page with the repository, put a dashboard module to display the sub categories
