Has anyone been able to resolve this issue ?  I also have errors with the Links module after an upgrade to 4.91.

I assume, this is not an issue of the Links module - try adding a UDT module to a page, create a URL column and enter a record and you will experience the same issue - due to a core function be broken. Check out web.config, compare with release.config, specifically section HTTPHandlers, where LinkClick.aspx is defined.
