How can I hide the following fields from showing from the user registration section on my portal:

Name
Enter a first name First Name:
Enter a first name
Middle Name: Middle Name:
Middle Name:
Enter a Last Name Last Name:
Enter a Last Name
Enter a suffix (eg BSc, PhD) Suffix:
Enter a suffix (eg BSc, PhD)

Address
Enter the Postal/Zip Code part of the address Postal Code:
Enter the Postal/Zip Code part of the address

Contact Info
Enter a telephone number Telephone:
Enter a telephone number
Enter a cell/mobile phone number Cell/Mobile:

in Admin :: Users menu item select Manage Profile Properties and for each property you would like to hide change visibility.
