Hello All,

I am in a rut here and need a little assistance.  I have a script tag in my html of my module and in it, I need to find out the tabid of the current page.  What is the easiest way of doing this?  I have tried ajax and trying to use the scriptmanager to pass in my javascript directly but that doesn't work, so now, I have setup my module to where all my javascript needs is the tabid and I don't know how to get it.

Thanks,
gomer

Hi Gomer,

This can be done quite easily by doing the following

<script type="text/javascript">

var tabID = <% =TabId %>;

</script>

That did the trick!!! Thank you so much.  I have a question though...where did you learn about the <% =TabId %> tag?  I couldn't find that anywhere...

Thanks,
Keith (gomer)
