Something is still not working properly even on the current version of www.dotnetnuke.com

http://support.dotnetnuke.com/issue/ViewIssue.aspx?ID=7132&PROJID=35

This issue is still not resolved. It was caused by using the word 'a l e r t' in the text editor. Everything after that word is truncated. Whatever was stored cannot be edited either. For example, I cannot modify my bio in manage profiles on this site. For a second example, try posting a simple reply in this forum;

Test
Attempt to use the word a l e r t and this text will not appear.

Simply copy this message and paste it in your reply, then remove the spaces from the special word and click submit.

You will see for yourself what gets posted.  This occurs in Forums, Wikis, and biography and is unkown what other parts of DNN are affected.

Yes, I see the problem, but this is not a problem with the editor, this is a problem with the forum module filtering that word (Maybe thinking it is a javascript function)

I suggest you to post this in the forum for the forum module

Accepted Answer

I made some tests by debugging inside the provider and the provider is sending the correct content. I will try to review depper to find what part of the core code in DNN is affecting that.
