The Link to the Manual are several time posted n this Forum.  For future search type the word manual in the subject or body  and check the the Forum forums.  Also you can done some search from each forum by typing the words in the upper left search box and check the search button.

Small question: what do you think, can i say the same to my clients? Something "Hey, guys, do not worry about this bugs. We know about them and you can read about we know here .... link"?

Yes you can, also there is a way in My-Settings who users can subscript to a complete forum.  Think this can work for you as a solution between the new version is availible.  Also you can use the Forum Notification where all users with permission to Notification in your Forum settings get automaticly a E-mail.

You see the Forum Module have several features to send notifications.
