one way of doing that is creating a page that contains the html you want (by using a text/html module), save the page as a page template, and use that page template to create new pages

1. Login with Host or Admin access

2. Create a new page (There's a link in the "control panel" at the top of all pages when you're logged in)

3. Using the center section of the control panel place the Text/HTML module into the COntentPane of the page

4. Click on the Edit Text link (make sure you're in Edit Mode - top left of the site)

5. Edit the text or html, save
