Hi all,

Correct me if I'm wrong, but DNN (4.8.4) does not have a feature that allows users to request for verification code email resending, right?

I have received a few complains on my site regarding this, is there other solutions than me logging in as an admin and manually authorize them?

AFAIR, if you request password, verification code shall be contained in the mail as well (or you can tweak template to include it)

Hi Sebastian,

Thanks for your reply! However, I have tested the forgot password and the verification code did not come along, just the password. :(

Wondering why this was not taken into consideration where verification process is offered.

Anyway, anyone can shed some lights on where n how can I add this verification code portion into Forgot Password email?

I have a portal that was created as a migration.  I uploaded all the cleaned user information.  The site was set up initially as private and we have since changed it to verified.

The problem I am running into is with the users who were uploaded.  Whether or not they are authorized, the password reminder does not send the verification code that a new registration generates.  I have tried unauthorizeing/reauthorizding to no avail.  Is there a manual setting in the database at the user level that I can change?  Do I need to readd all the users?

Any help would be appreciated.
