Hi Paul,

the Blog module supported HTML tags and images even in the previous (03.04.00) version. The new (03.05.00) version added some strong HTML check to avoid script injection etc., and the administrators have the ability to activate or deactivate images in comments. Goto Module Options and make sure that the Allow Images in Comments option is checked.

Then images will be available to your users in comments typing classic HTML tags e. g. <img src="..." />. If the Allow Images in Comments option is unchecked, this HTML will be simply striped out from the comment body. Let me know if you need further help.
