This post is intended to collect people's ideas on what specifically they think would help DNN to leverage the large community we have to produce better communication.  In the big post about DNN and the black eye, there were some great SPECIFIC ideas on what could help and a few ideas were alluded to.  So if you've got ideas, I think this might be a good time to share them.

Here's my idea to get things rolling.

Community Knowledge Module:

• Allow people to post How-To topic suggestions such as "How to Modify a Skin CSS So all the Fonts Scale Together."  This first post is a call for articles from the community.
• Anyone can post articles to answer a topic.
• The community can vote on the best topic answer and can add comments to help correct any unintentional misinformation.
• Although the best article would be the main result, people could view the other articles after browsing to the best one.
• As a question comes up in forums, if there isn't a topic then we make a new topic.  And then we link to it.
• Each topic is given a scope range such as "good for DNN 4.3 to 4.8" just to make sure as time goes by the articles are relevent to the particular situation.
