In DNN 3.x there was a large selection of payment processors. In DNN 4.8 there is only PayPal installed by default.

How do I install the additional payment processors?

This seems like such a basic request.  Is this not documented anywhere?  I'm looking for the Authorize.net payment processor and it is nowhere to be found.
